Welcome to InteriorArt. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, interior design consultations, architectural planning, 3D visualization, and turnkey execution services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Agreement to Terms
By visiting our website or submitting a project inquiry, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All design agreements and quotations provided by InteriorArt are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Design Consultations & Quotations
- �� Initial consultations and project discussions are provided to evaluate client requirements.
- �� Preliminary price estimates are subject to final site measurements, material specifications, and design scope approvals.
- �� Quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise in writing.
3. Turnkey Execution & Site Access
- �� The client agrees to provide reasonable site access, uninterrupted electricity, and water supply required for on-site execution and installation.
- �� Project timelines and estimated handover dates are calculated from the date of final design sign-off and receipt of milestone payments.
- �� Unforeseen structural delays or client-requested modifications during execution may adjust final completion timelines.
4. Payment Milestones & Invoicing
- �� Payments must follow the milestone schedule agreed upon in the project contract (e.g., Booking Advance, 3D Approval, Fabrication, and Final Handover).
- �� All invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice.
- �� Delays in milestone payments may temporarily pause procurement and on-site assembly.
5. Design Revisions & Approvals
- �� Standard design packages include up to 2 complimentary 3D rendering revision rounds.
- �� Any major structural or layout changes requested after manufacturing or procurement has commenced will incur additional material and labor costs.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All architectural blueprints, 3D renders, mood boards, photography, and custom design concepts developed by InteriorArt remain the intellectual property of InteriorArt until full project settlement. Client grants InteriorArt the right to photograph and showcase completed spaces in our portfolio.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
- �� Design booking fees are non-refundable once site measurements and initial 3D concept designs have commenced.
- �� Once modular fabrication or custom furniture manufacturing begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to personalized customization.
